  1. This makes me so happy to read. I just had band to bypass on 9/11. One week out and I feel physically okay, but depressed and nervous.
  2. I'm converting on 9/11. Eroded esophagus, heartburn and a fear of regaining all my weight.
  3. Hi Ladies, I'm in Oakland and having lap band to bypass revision on 9/11. Looking for buddies for support on this journey.
  4. Hi Everyone, I'm having a band to bypass revision on 9/11. Anyone in a similar situation? I'm a mom, I work and I'm excited about this next chapter.
  5. I'd like a buddy/mentor!
  6. Hi Everyone, I'm new here. On 9/11 my lap-band is coming out and I'm having bypass. This is due to esophageal erosion, heartburn and a hiatal hernia that just won't quit. I've never made it to slender, but I've been happy with my size. I'm looking for folks on a similar journey for support. Thanks!
  7. I'm not a big breakfast person... It's typically a cup of coffee (which I'll be trying to give up post surgery, much to my chagrin). I usually eat a yogurt or some nuts a couple of hours after I get to work. My band has always been tight in the morning, then looser as the day goes on.
  8. That's the procedure I'm having done on 9/11... lap band removal to gastric bypass. Mine hasn't failed, per se, but it did erode my esophagus and my GERD is awful!
