  3. I didn't have 80% of my stomach ripped out for .1 lb weight loss. So no. I won't be grateful for that. I'll be bitter.
  4. I meant 5 per week! Sorry. So 25 a month. I know what you're saying. It's just frustrating because I think that in the beginning weight loss will be much quicker than later on...
  5. Thank you for your input. Some days I hit 1000 it depends on how I feel. I am getting in all my protein thanks in part to premier protein shakes.
  6. I was expecting maybe 5 at least. I didn't have expectations from anyone. I just have lost weight quickly in the past by dieting. I am feeling unprepared for post surgery life...
  7. I only lost 2.8 lbs this week. I lost 0 last week. I am 4 weeks post op. I've only lost 18 lbs since surgery...why the hell is it going to slowly for me? I have 200lbs to lose. This can't be normal!!!! I didn't take out 80% of my stomach for this little progress in 1 month. I am eating less than 1000 calories a day, and I am getting my protein in. WHAT GIVES!?!?!? Rant over.
  8. Hi everyone, I'm 3 weeks post- op. Can you share with me what you ate or are eating at 3 weeks?

  10. Hi! I am almost 2 weeks post op (sleeve) and i'm wondering when you first had sashimi? I am craving salmon badly! How often do you eat? 5-6 small meals a day? Thanks!
  11. Joann454, What portion sizes did you have the scrambled egg and cheese, tomato soup, refried beans? 2 ounces? I'm a week and a few days out and want to eat more real foods, but obviously I want to watch my portion sizes. Thanks!

  18. I am a week and a day post-op. i'm having diarrhea issues. Everytime I eat drink i have to [emoji90]... not cool. Not to mention how weird food and drinks feel when going down. And then on top of that every time I eat or drink I feel huge air bubbles in my stomach and intestines. I don't know if this stuff is just part of the process...but i'm not happy. I'm just...struggling. Is this normal? Any advice from Sleeve veterans? Thanks, Alexis
