I found the protein20 on Amazon .. I had hard time finding it local

I couldn't find the protein 20 at my Walmart but giant eagle had it in western pa ..I really liked it too .. I got some BAI drink .. ok .. all the best on your journey to better health

Yes I worry about effect of age on recovery and my whole system .. I am 67 and queen of complications ... all the best to you

Yes ... life changing at any age .. and of course my quality of life will be different due to weight loss ... i am busy making a bucket list for my future !!!

Mine is 8/21... I am on the two week week before pre op .. the time to do this is when you are young .. life changing
