All of the sudden I can stand protein shakes and anything dairy

I was going very well with protein shakes now if I try to drink them I throw up. The same thing with milk or cheese. The only thing I eat is 1 egg for breakfast and I buy a rotisserie chicken from Walmart once a week and make chicken salad with light mayo. 3ozs of that for lunch and dinner. I don't know if I am getting enough protein. I tried different protein shakes but the taste makes me throw up. Any suggestions? -

HW 297 SW 280 CW 257 GW 185 Surgery date July 10 2017 I wish it was coming off faster but at least I am losing. Doing everything right (eating/ working out). About 2 week after surgery I hit a three week stand still but it looks like I am losing again. Ready for the new me!

Got excited to eat purée foods for the first time and over did it on a meal. Dumping is no joke and I will not be experiencing that again. Throwing up and this feeling of food going up in down was very painful and lasting for about an hour.

Left hospital on Tuesday with no pain but I think I over did it walking too much and was in bed the rest of the day. Hope it gets better. How long does pain last?

Hey just seeing this sorry for not responding sooner. I didn't have a drain pouch. I had a little pain the day I came out but I think I just over did it walking.

First and last experience with dumping

Almost afraid to admit it because it was wrong lol. I was putting up the food and kids ate tacos. So I took a couple a spoon fills of ground taco meat real quick. Dr said it was not the meat that cause it, it was because I ate it to fast. Worst feeling ever. -
I took mine my adderral the next day and was fine.

I was going to gym and doing cardio before my surgery and wonder when is to soon to go back. I am a week post op and very bored sitting around the house and just walking neighborhood. Can I go to the gym and do cardio?

Ok I have been walking 3 miles everyday so far outside but this heat is something else. I have plenty of energy and feel I can do more but I will wait for my appointment next week with doc and see what he says. -

I was supposed to start a week ago but I just went cold turkey today. I hope I didn't mess up my chances to have my surgery on the 11th!

My surgery is July 10! Pre op appointment in two days. Very excited even though it is close it stills seems like it is dragging. I need to push my self to get serious about this pre op diet. It is just hard to know that I will not be able to eat certain foods.
