I have, I even called today... and they said they have not receive anything. ( insurance) I’ll wait for Monday to call my coordinator since I start my liquid diet this Tuesday. Which is 2 weeks. I believe your plan does not cover Bariatric surgery.. I don’t know if it is with him .. or your plan.. best you can do is to call your plan and ask them directly. Are you supposed to loose a certain amount of weight ? I glad everything went well and i feel you on the terrifying feeling... we all have it till the last day. I know i have it!
