  1. Please can I ask. Is the scar across the bottom of your belly really bad ? I've seen them on you tube for people who had tummy tuck and it looks pretty bad. Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  2. I'm sorry to say. That for most people even those who lose slow still get a hell of alot of exxcess skin if they lose alot of weight not trying to be a kill joy don't want you to be disappointed if you find you have alot of skin.but your weight is not so high so can be managed with spanx I love my spanx Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  3. You thought you'd have lost 40lbs in a month. lol Were did that figure pop up from? Unicorn land ...or? Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  4. I didn't know it's offensive to ask someone what their eating. When they post asking for help I actually think why are you asking for help with giving absolutely no detail . You may eat as your doctor suggested but perhaps if you posted your food someone msy notice something that may benifit from being adjusted or moved around. That is why people ask what you eat. 5. What is your height ? Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  6. You can eat crap with a sleeve too. So that's something to think about. Sorry you had a rough time. I've had my sleeve 7 months and I love it. Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  7. I was not told to stay away from any of these. Infact they are on my written plan in meal examples. I can tolerate them.. But I don't like them now. I may have a spoon of rice but I don't eat much of it. Don't like pasta anymore. Bread. Hmm. Used to be what i ate alot. But now. I prefer like a Melba toast. Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  8. What are you actually eating? Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  9. I remember at 244 I said I won't buy any clothes till I'm at goal. I'm 160s now and I can't stop buying I'm a size 12 now from a 24ish ( UK size ) I haven't given any away because in my head they still fit. But I don't wear them because my friends keep laughing at me saying my clothes are falling of me. I really need to stop buying. But from 160s to 135 is it possible I'l stay a size 12 as I don't wear tight clothes always wear a size up. So maybe I'll get to keep my new clothes as they are so stylish. 10. I didn't look so fresh and awake after surgery ha. Congrats Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  11. You look amazing !! Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  12. Your going to have a big awaking. " We can't eat the food without repercussions." WRONG!!! Then why are people gaining 100lbs back ? Because we can find a away if we want to. I'm 7 months post and I could sure as hell eat what I want no repercussions but I choose not to. If this is what's holding you thinking this will be the case after. Then good luck to ya. As yeah some people may not be able to but most of us can do just find sliding in slider foods if we don't change our habit. The poster your talking to is right. And he's 17 month post. But your talking like your trying to educate him ... But what your saying isn't even the case. Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  13. Just do the liquid diet for a couple extra days for assurance. But it's understandable to be worried. I'm sure your surgeon knows about your fatty liver. If not mention it and see if she wants you to liquid extra days Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  14. In the UK. The gp will usually sort out vitamins. Aslong as the surgeon sends with the paitent the list the require them to take. Your right your doctor has to be on board. I told my Dr and she even wrote a letter to say she was oboard for my surgeon. He didn't need it lol. As it was private. My doctor gave me a bag of vitamins the week before my surgery and then now i get my vitamins for free on prescription. It's brilliant. Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  15. I suppose to me. Making better choices doesn't = diet for me. When I did diet I was miserable and only thinking about food and it was just taking over my life lol. I don't feel that way now.. but my plan doesn't call for tracking.. not even tracking protein. But when I decided to track anyway as everyone here was tracking it made me miserable. The only thing I do every now and again is to see what 4 oz looks like on my scale with foods I eat all the time..but now I just use a small container. And eat super slow. And if that stops working I'll regroup. But it's good for.me for.now. Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  16. Lol . I'm 7 months out. Weight is pouring of and I'm not dieting. I don't track unless I need to just check I'm eating right amount every now and again. I eat the foods allowed on the plan and get on with my day. I don't feel I'm dieting what's so ever. I'm sorry you feel that way. It would suck for me too. Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  17. Thank you thank you thank you. For being so open and honest. This will really help people who are dealing through the same. I wish you the best with your recovery. Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  18. I have regular B12 injections. Regular bloods I'm 7 months out. And have done not amazing with vitamins. I'm working on it. My surgeon told me to drop the iron to reduce the number of tabs I'm taking as my bloods are normal. So he said just try and take my multi and calcium daily. Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  19. Lol your right. But if they actually put what they are eating which I'm sure they know we would be able to help. So many posts of help. Your right. I'l just respond.. Eat less. If people don't want to give us info lol Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  20. Self sabotage? Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  21. Your menue looks yummy. So no veggies till 12 months ? And the egg whites what's. .5c is that cup ? Thanks Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  22. Tell me. Why would you do the surgery. Then ask for less to be removed than your surgeon finds to be most successful? Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  23. Why do people make these posts with no information. We can't guess what your doing out of thin air. What are you eating. And how much ? What are your stats Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  24. I think you need to sit down and have a word with your self to find out why your sabotaging your self. " If I was able to do it on my own I wouldn't need surgery" people say. But the truth is. We have to take responsibility and stick to this to get what we want. If you need help to lose we are here. But tell us honestly what you are eating? You don't want to lose out on this opportunity as I have seen people rejected for 1lb over nevermind 10. That's a real obvious sign of lack of commitment and you will need it after surgery. Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
  25. I don't tell people on dates. Because you never know if it will go somewhere. I still go for meals have a salad. They don't notice anything. I'd tell if I was in a relationship though. Sent from my Vivo 5R using Tapatalk
