  13. Mine is the 21th. Only my husband knows and my boss. Haven't decided if i'm going to tell my kids, ever, or anyone else. It will hard since some people have watched me fail so many times and will ask when i succeed this time

  17. It takes some getting used too. I actually ended up getting a different mask. I feel so much better with it tho! I had every symptom of sleep apnea, but all my other doctors have been blowing me off for years and telling me to loose weight.

  20. Surgery 21st haven't heard of the heart soup either. Did start my preop diet, on day 6. Liquid +2 protein bars Sent from my SM-T810 using BariatricPal mobile app
  21. Also day 4 of pre-op, surgery 21st. Went to a seminar memorial weekend, that is when i started the process. Have lots of diets in my history.
