    who knows? lol. I'm so new to the dating world and add to it the fact that i'm sleeved 6 months post op just don't know what i'm doing. lol. oh well, i'll just wait until HE finds me and in the meantime i'll enjoy learning this new tummy.

    Hello everyone, this is my first post and i have a question... How do you prevent yourself from comparing your weight loss to those who was sleeved on the same date. My SW was 400 and today i'm 319. GW is 250. I just feel like my weight loss has halted. i take in about 900 calories per day however, i dont always get my protein in. How important is protein to the actual weight loss? idk, i just dont want to ever be 400 lbs again. help vsg family.
