    :confused: I was banded 12-29-2005 in Hurst. The first three days were a little tough still trying to get use to the food. Following all the rules. I have been listiening in here for the last month so I had a pretty good idea of what was going to happen. I have lost 6 lbs in 4 days. Hoping to return to work on Wed. jobander
