  1. I'm at 6 weeks PO on Wednesday. I'm eating dinner, but the other meals are still protein shakes. It feels too uncomfortable to eat more than one a day. I also have a problem with water, it's like it's too "hard" on my stomach? How are you guys getting on with meals? Sent from my SM-G935F using BariatricPal mobile app

  4. Wow... so you went from being able to eat "a lot" to eating very little? I kinda hope that happens to me, too. I am 4 weeks po, and I feel like I can eat a lot... Sent from my SM-G935F using BariatricPal mobile app
  5. Thank you! It's great to hear you've been there, and passed it. I guess I just have to be a little patient, and also try not to sleep so much during the day..bahh.. I think I might have felt a tad isolated, being home, when everybody else is working or studying. I'm so glad I found this app, I already feel less alone [emoji3] Sent from my SM-G935F using BariatricPal mobile app
  6. It's just good to have this place to share, and hear from other people. I am also like you, some days I have more energy than others. I should probably be better at using those days to do fun stuff. (Sorry if my English is off at times, I'm norwegian..) Anyway..thanks for reaching out. Someti.es that's all you need. 7. I'm 4 weeks po. I'm not regretting, but I must say, it's a little harder than I thought. I've had no complications, and I eat and drink what I'm suppose to. But I feel very tired, and I feel sort of down atm. Miss my work, miss having energy, weight loss is slow..etc. I always thought I was so strong, so I am a little surprised by it all. 8. First off, you look amazing. Second, you're so strong! So glad you're standing up for yourself, and getting rid of a person that treats you like this. A beautiful, smart woman will always do good for herself. Go girl [emoji6] Sent from my SM-G935F using BariatricPal mobile app
  9. I am four weeks PO this Wednesday. Have been off work these weeks, and I still feel so tired. I have no problem drinking my water, or getting enough protein. But after just a few hours of being outside, meeting people, I get dead tired. I also take all my vitamins. Im starting to feel kind of sad here.. Sleeping too much. I just miss my work, miss being active. I do t k ow who to talk to about this. Have any of you passed these feelings? Is it hormones? Help... Sent from my SM-G935F using BariatricPal mobile app
