OMG! I'm 2yrs postop VSG and your statement hit my situation right on target. I'm starting my reset this week, I've been luck to have only gained 11lbs in the past year but I don't want this to get out of control. My surgeon was ok with my waist trainer at week 3, So I started with a soft one w/o steel in it then @ week 8 I started with the corset waist trainer! It makes a HUGE difference. I order all my trainers from Amazon message me if u want info.
