I am in process for my surgery now,,have been approved got my date July 17th,would love to have a mentor to guide me through this process. I have made the decision to get the bypass still wondering if I should change to sleeve,worried about this surgery but I know it is probably best. Thanks for the info,the sweets was just one of the reasons I was leaning towards the bypass,I also have issues,high bp,high cholesterol and high triglycerides, was hoping that losing more weight will help those issues as well.
