Amazing weight loss! I was 5 weeks out yesterday (Wednesday) our stories sound so similar. I have alarms set for everything lol. I'm bad about drinking shakes over eating tho. I'm working on that. I drink the slim fast advanced nutrition mocha shake, for breakfast, and the chocolate advanced nutrition slim fast brand. Thier gluten, & lactose free. Good luck with your journey! Hello! I was sleeved on 4/19, I've lost 32lbs since surgery, 84 total since starting in July 2016. Things I notice 1) my clothes are alot looser 2) my face, waist are slimmer and the most noticeable to me 3) I can walk thru Walmart now without relying on a motorized cart 4) I don't have the back and knee pain I had before surgery when walking. 5) I'm sleeping better 6) I have more energy 7) besides the stomach muscles hurting I feel better 8) I'm off diabetes and BP meds and have perfect numbers! 9) I enjoy walking more than I ever thought possible 10) I have to set reminders to remember to eat and drink.
