  1. I had same problem. Lots of water to flush it out and tylenol. I drank three to four cups a day. After two days you should be good. Good luck!
  2. I had my surgery the same day and I'm experiencing the same thing! My stomach grumbles like I'm hungry and I'm having cravings. I'm plannning out what I eat for the next week so I hope it will help. Not having to think about what I want to eat might help.
  3. I'm on day two and it is much better than yesterday. I was very disoriented and in pain when I woke up. What a difference a day makes! I'm onto sips of water and clear fluids.
  4. I weigh a lot more than you that's why I've lost a little more.
  5. Mine is at 10:30. The pre-op diet was hardest the first three days for me. But I've lost almost 20lbs so that has kept me motivated. Good luck!
  6. I am on week two of pre-op diet. It gets better! I was so nauseous day two and three I didn't think I would make it. Decaf tea with lemon helps. Good luck!
  7. Its possible you are gaining muscle at the moment. Muscle weighs more than fat so hopefully the scale starts moving for ya.
  8. I put smaller portions on my plate and made sure I ate really slow so I wouldn't overeat. Less carbs more veggies. Lots of water and lots of walking. Good luck
  9. I tweaked how I was eating on my first visit with my surgeon (April 5th) and went back today and I lost 11 lbs! So exciting. I'm on day three of pre-op diet hopefully I'll lose even more.
  10. On day two of pre-op diet and I feel really sick to my stomach. Has anyone experienced this? How long does it last.
  11. That is awesome! Congrats!
  12. I caught myself saying oh I'm never going to eat this anymore and put on a few pounds indulging myself. I have started to change the way I think about food and that has helped. The wait for the surgery seems like forever but you'll get there. Good luck!
  13. Nerves are definitely heightened. I noticed every fast food place while driving and saw a million tasty videos on Facebook lol
  14. First day on pre-op diet wasn't so bad. I hope the next 13 loooong days will be the same. Wish me luck! ?
