Well I got um, don't know what I think of them yet because they are behind the muscle and sitting up near my neck. Doc says it could take anywhere from 4 to 6wks for them to drop into the pocket she made for them, so only time will tell. she also decided to go with a 525cc with a 550cc fill. Hope there not to big, I was worried about the 500cc. but she said I needed the width. Also it hurts a lot more then the lift did. But she said it's because they're behind the muscle. Anyway I'll keep ya'll informed.

Myself, I'm a BBQ pork rind snacker. 80 calories per serving and 0 trans fat and 0 carbs 9g of protein, But eat um slow so they don't get stuck.

I hope you find your sweet spot soon also. But for myself I feel Fill Center Usa is worth what I pay, They not only do my fills they call to check on me and answer any questions I have and have since the day I got back from Mexico. I did need an adjustment(unfill) but it was in the 72hrs and I didn't have to pay. but if I needed more I would be willing to pay, there's no way to really know with a fill and I knew this going into surgery.

For people I see everyday, I don't mind them not saying anything but if I haven't seen you since I was at high weight you bet you better notice. I worked hard to get this far and it feels good when others notice. I've never been the shy type so I voted #2

Are you working out? sometimes we are losing body fat but gaining muscle and you'll notice it more in your clothes and in inches( if you measure) then on the scale.

I use Fill Center USA and I've not had the problem with them being to conservative with mine, I'm a little less then 6mo. out and have had 2 fills and a slight unfill. I'm now at 4.4cc in a 10cc band with a 9cc fill level. And can't make up my mind on rather I need another yet or not. Some days I feel I can eat more then I should and other days I still get stuck or PB. So I've just been waiting.

Well I get my implants on tuesday and had a lift march 08(pre band) I choose saline mostly because it's easier to detect a leak and I wasn't much on the MRI every 3 years. they are putting mine behind the muscle. I'll check back in and let you know if I like them. My question is for those who have had them is what size did you pick? I'm going with 500cc, I know it sounds large but I'm pretty broad even with the weight loss and my surgeon says I can carry them. My DH went with me and helped pick them out, I hope that wasn't a mistake. I still have 32lbs to go but my surgeon says it should be fine. I was also glad to hear I didn't need an unfill, because so many people on this board said they had to have one.

Welcome, It's nice to have you. It can be a long journey but well worth it. I was a self pay and beleave it was the best thing I ever did for myself. anyway just wanted to welcome you.

Everyone has negitive people in their life at one point or another, The comments I hate the most are: I would have thought you would have lost more weight by now and If you have to watch what you eat why couldn't you have saved the money and just did it on your own. OH, and my all time fav is:well, I'm losing my weight the hard way, you took the easy way out. And to all these people and there comments I say they can kiss my (almost non exsistant at this point) rear.

Donna, That's what I look for 10lbs at a time, it doesn't seem so hard to achive.

Mommy, my Doc says 1/2 a cup to 3/4 of a cup and no more although I do hit the cup mark often. But I've needed a fill since the begining of Dec. but I'm having surgery tuesday and was trying to hold off. I'm sure I'll gain a couple of lbs as they are putting in implants. so I'll go for a fill a couple weeks from now.

I'm having my breast finished(had lift in march 08) on tuesday and I do not have to get an unfill.

Quick update: surgery is on tuesday and I don't have to have an unfill after all.

Does anyone notice my valentines ticker is not moving!! This is not a good start.

OH, and just wanted to share a non scale victory with you: I bought a pair of pj's yesterday and no more 3X I bought a large in the reg. section. not even a extra large just large i'm still amazed

YEA Orea!!! so happy for you. and I would love to be back to 6 or 7lbs a month but for now i'm kinda stuck at 3 to 4 but I'll take it, right now I have 32lbs to go and it seems so possible and exciting. so glad everyone is back from vacation and the Holidays It was getting lonely out here.
