  1. https://store.bariatricpal.com/blogs/recipes Hope this helps. With sweets, at least for me, i have a craving for a specific thing and no substitute satisfies that... except time... when I can't get it right away and I end up not wanting it, since i couldn't have it right when I wanted it. Can't comment on the taste but it seems to be a bit of variety. I've ordered some stuff just to sample and see if i'll like it. D
  2. If you could kindly delete the following 4 photos that would be very helpful. www.bariatricpal.com/gallery/image/92454-2015-02-16-083806jpg/ www.bariatricpal.com/gallery/image/92453-2014-12-25-142018jpg/ www.bariatricpal.com/gallery/image/92450-58f4d757c694e_2014-12-2514_20_18jpg/?browse=1 www.bariatricpal.com/gallery/image/92451-58f4d757c694e_2014-12-2514_20_18jpg/?browse=1 Thank you so very much. 3. Hello, I'm new here and have tried several times to upload my before photos only to get an error. Now i've noticed my photo has been uploaded to the members gallery several times. Upon inspection of others photos, it seems i'm not the only one who has multiple uploads. Is there any way to delete a photo once its uploaded?
  4. Had surgery on the 8th and only my wife knows. I'm not planning on telling anyone else so thank you all for the ideas. Before the surgery, I started telling everyone that I'm changing my lifestyle to be healthier, which is very true. I do agree with the notion of telling the truth and being 100% honest. But this is one of those things that I'd prefer to keep the details to myself.
  5. I had my sleeve on the 8th and yes, everything I drink (broth, water, crystal light, lemon water, etc...) hurts my belly. It's kind of like gas pains but a combination of that with chest pain, and some other stuff all mixed in. So it's pretty normal at first. I'm 9 days out and it's gotten better. Don't be afraid to bug the heck out of your surgeon. I do for every thing that really concerns me. Send an email, text, call.... whatever works. You'd rather be safe than sorry.
  6. I'd agree to contact your surgeon. I'm 9 days out and just today realized I could take a bigger sip than I normally could a few days ago. I think it may have caused you some extra gas but to be on the safe side, especially since your in pain, contact your surgeon. I've forgotten to take mine antacid as well a few days back. The Doc told me to take it now so I did. Not too much pain for the additional meals.
