    I should be the first week in May. I am approved, but my surgeon has me on a 30 day liquid diet to try to lose as much as possible before the big day(bmi 67). I have an appt 4/18, and if I have lost at least 10lbs they should give me my date!!

    Just got approved today. The only people that know are my husband, kids, and my sister (who is helping with my children post-op). I just don't want to deal with anyone's opinions or questions right now. I might tell the truth...someday

    I vote Anthem. I work there and I have the insurance. I was just approved today with a 5 min phone call by my surgeon's office to the pre-such line. I think we have pretty fair reviewers, and a standard set of criteria.
