  1. My surgery was 7/31, so I am almost 5 weeks post-op. I am at the soft food stage. Some things, like Greek yogurt, I can eat almost 4 oz. Meats, "real food" I can eat a few bites, up to 2 oz on lucky days. My NUT wants only 3 meals per day with no snacking, am to fill up with water or protein drinks. I consume maybe 500 cal on good days. Am hoping it gets better. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. I am excited watching the countdown until June 19th. May looks busy with finals, college graduation, my wedding, the mandatory what to expect class, then pre-op, and finally surgery in June. I have to admit, since my last dietician appointment, I have not lost any more weight - haven't gained either, so that's a posiitve.
  3. Congratulations! I began the formal process at the beginning of November and have surgery scheduled for June. It is an exciting time for you!
  4. I am excited, I have a surgery date of June 19. Thought it would take weeks or maybe even months to get approval.
  5. Took all of 10 days. I had done the psych eval, the 3 months with the dietician, and my regular doc was in agreement. Maybe this is why it happened so fast? Surgery date is 6/19.
