    My surgery went well! I was in a bit of pain overnight because I developed a migraine probably due to the anesthesia. I just wanted to sleep when I got home. I have an 8 ounce cup so I am focusing on drinking one per hour. I hear it will get easier after day 3. Hang in there July 17th sleevers We got this!

    I agree 100%! I see you are a teacher. I am too! I am sure I will be questioned by co workers and I like your response. I am thinking of responding, "I decided that my health is more important than the poor choices I was making. I have put my health first". I am so excited to have my surgery on the 17th so I will have some weeks to recover.

    I mix my unflavored protein mix with sf jello. It makes me feel like I am eating something not just swallowing.
