Since you've made up your mind to go ahead with the surgery things will be just fine lean on the Lord make sure before you have your surgery have plenty of chicken broth beef broth your water and for your first two stages and you have to walk walk walk walk walk and listen to your doctor and listen to your body on Facebook as a wonderful doctor I believe his name is dr. Z and he's with the bariatric support system he's really good you could ask him anything good luck

  5. I've never heard of that before maybe just depends on your insurance company I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and I only had to do six months visit with my bariatric doctor so good luck
  6. Congratulations on your new Journey you'll soon be on the losers b**** I had my surgery March 28th of this year it's a slow process but you'll get there

Congratulations on your new journey I suggest you first get with your insurance company and see what the requirements are and your BMI as the most important thing some companies there's no restrictions some you have to wait 6 months seeing your doctor once a month but get with your insurance company first of all and then follow your doctor's orders
  8. I had my surgery March 28th 2017 and I use a pill crusher to crush all my pills that makes it so much better

  16. You will do Jess if they have surgery you have only eyes trip next two days is broth popsicles and liquid water water water when you come home back to the same thing but water you buy your protein drinks in but you're still as your doctor tells you your just fine

  18. The time will come before you know it just keep calm and everything will be fine and remember to walk walk walk and sip sip sip I had mine March 28th this year
  19. Yes I came three pounds one month before my surgery and I was frantic but my doctor told me not to worry I still get my surgery on March 28th
  20. It's not that bad I had my surgery March 28th of this year and my incisions never hurt -it's just the gas but you have to walk walk walk to get that gas out ofthe. I'm one week post I'll feel pretty good just a little tired and weak but otherwise not fine no pain
  21. Trust in God and trust in yourself this is something that you really wanted for years go for it. I've been wanting mine for years and I just had my surgery March 28th I am a little tired but I'm only one week out when I'm loving it wouldn't done it anything different hang in there and pray pray pray.

  23. Always following your surgeons directions for your diet I had a two-week high-protein low-carb diet and 4 days of clear liquids and my surgery went well my surgery was March 28th this year
