What is the consistency of the Syntrax nectar protein powder. Can you just mix with water? What are your favorite flavors. Also the Isopure I have had the ready made bottles and they are so good for a protein juice. Wondering do they sell it in powder form if it would be cheaper. Haven't tried injury. Seams like everyone likes it. do they have sample flavors. Where do you buy these powders?

I was notified not to fly/travel a month before or a month after surgery. They don't want you to be no further then a 3 hour drive from them.

I am the 26 as well. You must start your pre op diet on the 12th? sooooo excited!!!

I have read about so many different pre op diets like 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, liquid diets, low carb diets. What kind of diets were you put on pre op? Also do you know why you were put on this diet? Also leave stats, where your from and surgery date if you have one.

My tentative date is April 26th. They are just waiting to get the approval to confirm and schedule my last meeting with my surgeon to go over questions and with my nurse to go over what my pre open diet will consist of.

Paperwork will be sent tomorrow. Fingers crossed for a speedy response.

I am still in the pre approval state yet I will be having Dr. July do my surgery. How long did it take for you guys to here back and what insurance did you have?

I too am waiting. I have my last dietician visit next Friday and then we send pre approval. I too and hoping for an April date Hopefully the 26th. Pray for me. The waiting has my anxiety through the roof.
