  3. I am five months out and only lost thirty pounds and I am seesawing between 278 and 285 I get all my protein, not all my veggies. I am worried about the amount of fat I am eating. I work out three to five times a week. Sometimes I can only take a few bites before I am sick then other times I can eat more then a cup of food. And now my hear is doing this and it's thin to begin with......any advice? Iamonlyhuman
  4. I was seeing one before I started this journey and I had t o see one to make sure I was emotionally able to do this. I agree because I really don't love me right now lol I make jewelry and I want to go back to martial arts but I really need to lost another 50 pounds before I will feel good about going back. I have Facebook it's kcristian rushing and my email is Iamonlyhuman80@gmail.com I would be so great full for everything . Thank you! Iamonlyhuman
  5. I started at 311 I believe on surgery date. I know this last week I have been eating the wrong food. I got depressed and just said forget this. I only ate bread, pasta and rice this last week. I cook for the family and they were all sick of eating healthy and I am not using that as an excuse. I just fell off the wagon because I was depressed with my progress.I mean I am so stoked I am not in the three hundreds anymore. But I am so terrified of going back there and putting myself through all this for nothing. I spent a week screaming at myself " what the hell did you just do you stupid witch" following surgery. I have a 10 pound cyst and my left ovary removed and it hurt but NOTHING alike this surgery did. It took me a long time to get that big. I have pcos but I am also an emotional eater. And it's like I am always hungry and if I don't keep myself occupied I will walk to visit my old friend food. My periods have been light since the surgery. But I have been dizzy a few days here and there and my blood pressure has been running kinda in the low side. I do drink fluids. Mostly water and unsweetened decaf tea with sugar free lemonade here as that is the only sugar free stuff I can stomach. But then I get sick of those and will have a little sugar in my tea once in a while it all the time. I don't have a nut, my doctor that did my surgery actually left the practice and joined another one so I have to go through the process of either moving my records to the new practice or staying where I am. I only actually saw her twice. The first visit and the day of surgery. I see a assistant for my follow up visits. So I am kinda in limbo right now. As I am afraid of the scales when I get to the doctor. I have stopped from a size 28 to a size 24 jeans. I was so excited about that but I hate the way I look. My skin is starting to hang worse then it did and it looks stretched out if that makes any sense. I guess I am coming to realize I can't do this in my own like I thought I could...... Iamonlyhuman
  6. No I know I need to because my clothes are looser and I can wear things I never was able to before I measured before surgery I need to find them. I know everyone is different and I know this a tool not a quick fix. It took me a long time to come to this decision. I am 40 and it's just depressing when I see people saying they have lost 50-100 pound in 4-5 months and that they can barely eat. This surgery was very painful and I still have pain when I do crunches where they removed part of my stomach, the gas, the way my stomach makes sounds out in public. Lol Iamonlyhuman
  7. Then there is something I am seriously doing wrong. I was sleeved in 2/21/16 I weighted 311 and I went down to 280 now I am back up to 287. I always feel hungry and while I know I don't eat more then a child I KNOW I am eating more then a 1/2 cup of food. I was walking two to four miles a day. Now I go to the gym four to five days a week I have no idea what I am doing wrong. And help would be great! Iamonlyhuman
  8. I need some help figuring out daily meals. I am three months out and I don't know what to eat other them meat and salads.....any suggestions???? Iamonlyhuman

  11. Yea, but t I don't think I am meeting my quota. I am so sick of meat and yogurt lol and I can't do the shakes they are so nasty I want to gag just thinking about them. I general practitioner did blood work and I was low in vitamin d and everything was good so I am not sure what is wrong. Iamonlyhuman
  12. I am 11 weeks post op and I am SO tired and am at like I am always hungry. I walk 2-4 miles a day and have only lost thirty pounds since surgery. I get plenty of fluids mostly water and decaf unsweet. I don't notice the weight loss but I know my clothes are loser and I HATE looking in the mirror because I swear my skin is looser. I know I will have loose skin but I never thought I would detest looking at myself. Am I doing something wrong? Iamonlyhuman
