Yesss those 6 months flew by!! I'm having my surgery on April 12th and I started my 2 week pre op liquid diet the last week of March!! It wasn't easy at first but now that I'm at my second week, I don't feel as hungry surprisingly!! Good luck with your surgery!!

My students look at me like that lol Yeah I've heard the 5th day post op is the better day...can't wait to just finally get this done! I'm tired, just like you, of dieting and the hundreds of dollars being spent monthly on diets and trainers and what not. Thanks for your advice and well wishes!! Means a lot to me!!! I'll let you know how it goes!!!

Hi Arlin!! Thank you for stating your story!!! I too am Dominican and 30 years old and a teacher so I know how you feel about those stairs on parent teacher conference day because I go up and down them everyday coño lol It's not easy but I'm sure it was the best decision of your life!! I go under on April 12th and I'm excited but nervous as well!! Hope you have a speedy recovery!! [emoji4]

Two days only?! Wow your lucky!!! 2 days isn't as bad as two weeks!! And every doctor is different because I have a friend who just did hers on Monday and she didn't have to do a liquid diet at all! All she did was clear liquids the day before surgery! So it all depends on the doctor I think...

Yeah it gets easier as the days pass because today I feel better than the previous 3 days!! Hopefully by next week I don't feel as hungry anymore. Omg I hope customs doesn't spazz out lol Yeah I'm always trying to see the light at the end of the tunnel but obviously some days are easier than others :-/

I only told my parents, brother and fiancée. I don't want any negative energy around me during this time so I kept it just between us. Afterwards I'll decide if I want to share with others or not. Go with your gut feeling!
