  4. It seems like at most they might want you to check with your psychiatrist to see if there is another med you could take in place of seroquel. My daughter dropped 40 pounds when she stopped taking it.
  5. I would get to a doctor ASAP. The shoulder and back pain could be related to your heart.
  6. Pennsylvania Hospital has been good for me.
  7. Medicare. gov should give you the answer. After researching the question myself last year, I found that Medicare changed their policy and no longer requires surgery to be done at a center of excellence. But please check Medicare's site for yourself rather than take my word for it.
  8. Hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea..... Don't remember if there are others. Google it.
