  1. Hello, I just had VSG yesterday... I am able to sleep on my side and such, but is that okay? Has anyone had any trouble sleeping? Should I be sitting up sleeping? I guess I am trying to find the right answer. Somehow I feel like I'm shifting my insides around, but that could just be me being paranoid. I have been feeling a lot better today, but can't sleep longer than 45 min at a time. I've also noticed shortness of breath. I think it could just be the excess gas. Any one have any opinions on this?
  2. Thank you very much! Yesterday was rough, but today I'm okay!

  12. I am nervous because every time I weigh myself at home it's different than the scale at the doctors office... so while my scale at home says one thing... I'm unsure of what the hospital scale will say
  13. I have my pre-op appointment coming up on 3/7 and my surgery date is 3/9.. I am under my goal weight by a few pounds, but I am seriously freaking out about getting on the hospital scale and being overweight by a pound or two and having them cancel my surgery. I am not sure what to do besides staying on track. I can't not think about this.. It is terrifying! I've been working so hard to get to this point!
