  1. Sounds like you ate on bite too many! I am also two weeks post op but am still on full liquids for another week. I haven't experienced that feeling yet and by the sounds of it I don't want to. I'd look at what you ate and drank beforehand? Hope you figure out that sweet spot of being *just right * full soon!
  2. Without all the fluff and explanations, diet is the single most important factor in weight loss.
  3. @Ken S. it did work! Thank you... How can I change my location to Canada, it says US?
  4. I've uploaded the snip here. I put it in and saved it so its there. When I go back its gone. Also, when I search for myself in the directory it doesn't list my surgeon there either.
  5. I had my surgery on February 9th and that came and went fairly quickly. What's going on with your sleep habits? Are you comfortable? Too hot or too cold maybe? Are you getting up to use the bathroom?
  6. Right after my surgery I was up in the night around 3-5 am in those hours for several days. I attributed it to being uncomfortable because I wasn't able to sleep in the positions that I regularly do. I'm just two weeks out now and my sleeping has regulated a bit and I'm back to sleeping 7-8 hours. Hang in there it gets better.
  7. I'm following my surgeon's instructions. They are designed to maximize my weight loss and reduce the risk of complications. These phases are just a few weeks long... it should be no problem to get through them. Why take the risk?
  8. Another question, is how do I change location, it says US... I am in Canada.
  9. Every time I put my Surgeon in there and hit save. It is there, then I click to another page and come back and its gone. It doesn't save it. I'm using my computer and I've tried multiple times what's up is it broken?
  10. Mine took just 2 months and a few days. But here in Canada our healthcare is different. Our surgery is covered by our medical system. I waited 2 years on the wait list just to get to the orientation. Then it progressed really quickly. I did a lot of research and made a lot of the changes they require ahead of time.
