  2. It's Thursday. I'm going to call again tomorrow to ask if I can start taking them, bc simply getting dressed and driving to church this morning nearly took me out!
  3. Thanks so much
  4. I use the s health on my galaxy to walk around my neighborhood for a mile. And if I get that in, I'm satisfied with myself
  5. I'm in day 4 post op and I'm exhausted. I called my doctor office to see if I should start taking my Vitamins but they said not until my post op Dr visit. My pain in my stomach has lessened, my gas has decreased, and I can drink more Protein, but is it normal for me to still be this exhausted? How long did it take you to gain your normal strength back?
  6. I got sleeved on the 15th and will return on the 27th, but I'm so tired on day 4 post op
  7. Yea, I want something the says immersed in love with butterflies and flowers, really curly cutesy, lol
  8. Thank you? Best of luck to you as all
  9. Im in the same boat. I was just sleeved on the 15th and I have gas in my chest. All of my pain is focused on my incision where my stomach was pulled out at, but, I walked a mile for the first time today, and after sitting down in my recliner and getting back up, I noticed that it hurts less. Idk if this is a fluk or if the walking is starring to work, but I will walk another mile and let you know tomorrow [emoji173][emoji173][emoji173]
  10. You're right. Thank you
  11. Thanks, this made me so sad. But I'm going to take your advice, lol
  12. Im three days post op. I hate broth and would prefer a couple drops of hot sauce in it. Has anyone tried spicy this close out of surgery? Also, do anyone have any advice when it comes to sucking hard candy such as jolly ranchers, peppermints, now and laters, etc?
  13. I had a drain only as a precaution to make sure my strapless weren't leaking. After I passed the swallow test, they had me to drink blue koolaide and watched my drain bag to make sure they didn't see the blue mixing with the red
  14. Hey all. I'm on my third day post op and I have two questions. One, how much pain were you all still in on your third day? My smaller incisions aren't so painful anymore, but the one where my stomach came out is still tender when I get up our lady down. I'm trying not to take the narcos bc I don't want to. And second, how long before you had a bowel movement? Like I said, I'm the days out from being sleeved, and I still have not had one. Thanks for your advice in advance.
  15. Are you having issues with access skin?
  16. I just got sleeved Wednesday the 15th, and I still have terrible gas, in my chest and back. I've been walking, but I still have it. Hopefully this upcoming week will be better. Stay motivated!
  17. Good job lady[emoji173][emoji173][emoji173]
  18. My doctor did not set a goal weight, but I want to be 200 pounds. Im 5'9 and I know it should be a lower weight, but that's just what I see in my head. I jest had my sleeve on the 15th so, we'll see
  19. I've been drinking premier protein shakes only because I remember them stressing getting in the protein to help with healing. It just feels like after a sip, I feel air in my chest and then I can't swallow anymore
  20. I just got sleeved on the 15th of Feb and I need a change of scenery. I want to take an 8 hour car trip to Atlanta, even though I'm still in a lil pain from my incisions. I wouldn't be driving, but I'd just like to get some advice and opinions from you all
  21. Hi family. I was just sleeved on the 15th of Feb and I'm concerned about getting in my 60 grams of protein. I can't seem to make myself drink it all. Yesterday was my first day out of the hospital, and now that I'm home, all I wasn't too do is sleep. When I try to stink my protein shake, it seems like I can feel it going into my stomach and I just can't drink another drop after that. Please give me some advise on what to do to get in my required daily grams. Thank you [emoji173]
