    Correct me if i'm wrong, i'm fairly new to this forum...but if i see this correctly, on your own thread you could have just deleted TxAlpha's comment and blocked him? This is the route i would have chosen..seeing threads like this can't be encouraging in a journey that is hard enough as is to anyone...

    Had my pre op today, went pretty quick. Also was told my doc changed to have all patients to 2 weeks on liquid pre op diet...luckily i was told i don't have to do the 2 weeks as long as i stay high protein /low carb in the first week and start replacing meals with shakes
