  1. Is it normal that I've lost 97 pounds in 4 months and only have 15 pounds left till I reach goal?
  2. Sleeved March 8th. Starting weight 297 current weight 237 goal weight 180
  3. They are delicious and tender. I was able to eat about 4 ounces
  4. I started beef yesterday and filet mignon went down easy. Can't believe I'm almost 2 months post op and I'm down 54 pounds!
  5. 53 pounds since march 8th. I have no appetite and just make sure I get my protein shakes in for the day and only eat a small meal once a day.
  6. You are clueless. I made this thread because I've read a lot of negative feedback from people on other people's posts, not just my own. There's a bunch of trolls on here and you're one of them. Get some therapy because you and others like you are angry and judgmental and have no right to be. Are you so perfect? Don't bother denying it because if you were you wouldn't be on a weight loss surgery app.
  7. I went tanning the first week post op
  8. Relax at least you admitted it. There are lots of critics on here that will tell you how bad you were. Bottom line just get right back on plan. I've slipped and was criticized for eating three marshmallows peeps
  9. Be careful the food police are waiting to pounce on people that have slip ups. I think it's fine as long as you're losing, Feeling good, and having no problems
  10. Guess those three peeps didn't matter much. Lol
  11. I think you're unreasonably angry. Maybe you need to eat a peep
  12. You are hilarious and on point! Hahaha
  13. Great! I don't want your kind of input. Judgemental indeed.
  14. A peep here is a sugar coated marshmallow and also short for people
  15. Loving your rant. You hit the nail on the head
  16. And this is why I don't like people much. Lol
  17. Lmao! It's like a reformed smoker. They are the worst and think they know it all. I'm doing great with my sleeve. Surgeon and nut are very pleased. Of course they were much more understanding about the peeps than some peeps on this app. Haha
  18. This is an open forum where we should be able to express our goals, accomplishments, and failures. Berating someone because of what they ate is extremely unhelpful. Instead we should try not to judge. Not one of you is perfect or you wouldn't be here in the first place.
  19. I agree and hold myself fully accountable. Through all I learned about this surgery pre op is that we won't have to deny ourselves anything but instead enjoy everything in moderation. Once again I don't regret the 3 peeps as I got all my protein in and only had about 600 calories for the day. The 75 calorie peeps aren't going to derail my new lifestyle
  20. My bad. I only started eating mushy food last week. Barely can get a few teaspoons down but I have no problem drinking a protein shake or a bottle of water. Liquid is easy. Solids aren't
