Yes let’s check in!!! We all can do this! I know I need to focus more on that last 20 pounds. I have decided to take it 5 pounds at a time. Increase my fluids and start walking. -
Hello. Great job so far. Starting weight. 267 Surgery weight. 255 Current weight. 175 Goal weight. 150 We only have just a little more to go but I am finding it so very difficult to get there. I am not exercising nor am I taking in enough liquids. Could that be the problem causing my 5 month stall? I feel I am so close.

Head hunger is getting to me too! I have a desk job and I find myself wanting to snack all day. I wish I could get over this stall. I worry I may start to gain the weight back. As of now I do not drink enough fluids. Do you think taking in more fluids would help with weight loss start again? I feel since I am so close to goal it is just going to take more effort. -

Great job!!! I was sleeved on January 17, 2017. I am down 94 lbs. I am extremely happy that I decided to take this journey. It has not been easy but I know it was worth it. I just take it one day at a time. I have been on a stall for 3 months now. I am just watching what I eat. I still have 20 more pounds to go to hit me goal. Any suggestions? Would exercise help? If so what kind? -

I have been on a 2 month stall. It is a little frustrating but I know it is my body trying to catch up with itself. I am down 85lbs so far since surgery. Only complaint is my hair loss that has not stopped. I am going on 3 months of hair loss. Really bummed. Sleeved 1/17/17 HW 267 SW 255 CW 170
