Hello beautiful brave sleevers I want to know what to get for my post op Some say only liquid per 4 weeks so don't mind BUT I've read that Dr prescribes Omeprazole and Vitamins and Iron supplements (Biotin, D, B, C etc.) and from the 5th week Protein shakes, broths etc. Need to be more clear on this Please!
