  3. I'm 9 days post op and only lost a few pounds. But like what's been advised they pump your abdomen full of gas and inside will be extremely swollen for a few weeks. It will definitely start to drop off. Make sure you do measurements too. ???? Sent from my SM-G925F using the BariatricPal App
  4. Bypass is much better. On the day of my surgery I was shown a different way of doing the bypass. Rather than the roux en y procedure with 2 connections they showed me another way with just 1 connection. Still a bypass still the same food regime post op just less healing. I have had lots of gas post op as expected but not too much pain and 9 days post op now staples out and feel great. X Sent from my SM-G925F using the BariatricPal App

  9. Wow honestly you look like you were always meant to. You suit your skin so to speak lol. I'm just 1 week post op and struggling through the pureed stage. I was convinced everyone has to deal with loads of excess skim until I came across your post. Such an inspiration thankyou. When did you feel like you could start gentle exercising like swimming for example . Xx Sent from my SM-G925F using the BariatricPal App
