Weight gain after 1 week post op

I could've written this post because the EXACT same thing is happening to me. I was sleeved 5/16. I gained three pounds one week and I have no reason why. I lost those three pounds after a week. However I've only lost 1 pound since surgery. I feel your frustration. -
