  3. Here's the thing, though... Our brain is trained to see us a particular way in the mirror, TRAINED. So it takes a bit of deprogramming as we lose weight for our brain to adjust. Instead of solely relying on the mirror use pictures. This is a great way to not only document your journey (trust me, a couple years down the road you'll wish you had) but it is an excellent tool to retrain your brain -Mental health professional, rny surgery 1/26/15.   10. You can't take ibuprofen or any nsids, only Tylenol. I don't remember taking anything after I left the hospital. But if I did, it was for a short time. I went back to work after a week (including surgery day). Sent from my LG-H830 using the BariatricPal App
