  1. Oh thank you all for replying. I'm almost 5 weeks out and I'm at about 500-600 but can't get the minimum Protein with this amount of calories. I've gotten my protein by increasing closer to 750 but was worried I was eating too much. I'm lucky that I've had no issues and anything I eat sits well. 2. Hello everyone! So, I was told at my 1 month appointment that I have to work a bit harder in getting my Protein up. By doing this I've been increasing my calories. I'm curious to know how many calories you were all consuming around 1 to 3 months post op. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. From what I was told it's a very serious thing but usually only happens right after surgery. Like I said, this is what I've been told so may not be 100% accurate. If this is the case you would have to have surgery again to have it fixed. I believe one of the symptoms was vomiting blood. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. I am so excited yesterday was my weeks post surgery and I'm down 24 lbs . Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  5. I'm almost 4 weeks out and I've had no issues whatsoever except for a bit of constipation. I can drink just a bit slower then before and so far everything I eat is sitting well. Most of the time in these forums or in support groups people mostly talk about their issues but there are more people out there who have no issues then those who do have them.
