  1. Yes. So far the experience has been great. Haven't had my surgery yet. But the staff, nurse, nutritionists etc have been great. I meet with my surgeon soon.
  2. Anyone attend Mass General Brigham/Salem Hospital in Salem MA. So far the process has been incredible and I highly recommend.
  3. I believe Lennox Hill and Northwell both have bariatric programs.
  4. Wanting to have something "one last time" is how we got to gain weight and need surgery in the first place. I am not saying this to be harsh. We can justify anything when it comes to eating. I know I sure can. I am not at the liquid diet pre-op stage yet. I know it will be tough, but it will be worth it. Keep going!

  7. My surgeon requires pre-op evaluation with their psychologist. It is 150 out of pocket. Whether you have insurance or not. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  8. My surgeon told me he writes a note for two weeks. Generally so that you focus getting all the Water and liquids in. Otherwise work will distract us. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
