  1. A few times since I've been home, while sleeping I start choking on Fluid. At first I thought maybe it was nausea, now I'm wondering if it's Bile? First time I was laying flat but since then been at angles or sitting but it's only been while sleeping. Anyone have any ideas. I'm only drinking clear fluids. 3. Bariatric Advantage vanilla has been the most tolerable taste for me to deal with, also I sometimes mix in a little PB2 to change up the flavor. I also put the Bariatric Advantage in my Jello today too and it was really good, and alot less expensive than the Protein jello. I am only referencing bariatric specific shakes and their taste. It's been my previous experience that when a shake tastes really really good it's probably got something hidden that I'm not supposed to have. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App

  7. My surgery was Tuesday for 24 hours I didn't drink anything except when taking meds. Then for next drank 30cc in different time intervals 30 mins, 20 mins, 15mins etc. My question is how much should I be drinking at one time now.I've been able to do the 64oz+ of fluids per day with no problems. But only drinking in small amounts, how much can I drink at once and how often? Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App
