    I was sleeved 12/28... my Dr let me have a cup of decaf very next day. Now o have one cup of caffeine coffee on the morning and a couple of decaf cups in afternoon. Decaf counts as Water intake per my Dr! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Eat Gas X strips like Candy! I set my phone alarm and walked 10 minutes every house the first few days. I even set it for every two hours during the night! Helps with gas and blood clots! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
