    Not sure if it's surgery related but feels like vertigo. Room spins eyes feel like they are darting back and forth then nausea hits. Today it subsided in a couple of minutes. 6 weeks post sleeve was on bp meds but stopped today checked at home and it was 127/101 so a little high. Is it the surgery or my inner ear?     I'm a week postop and really mourning the loss of food. I didn't think it would be this hard. The surgery part was a breeze. Def miss chewing and feel hungry although I know it's in my head. Honestly have had moments of regret. Not trying to scare you but this has been my honest experience. Also so hard to watch people eat when u can only drink.
