  1. I got Atkins Lift Protein water (20g protein each bottle)and Protein2O (15g protein per bottle). I like the Protein20 tropical coconut best.
  2. I mixed FairLife 2% milk with chocolate Unjury powder. It tastes really good. FairLife Milk is a good protein source too so you get more bang for your buck.
  3. Egg drop soup is a good protein source and low carb
  4. I have had a similar experience. I lost 30# between Sept. & surgery( 12/29), BMI= 35. 1 week after surgery, I had lost 4#. They said pre-op loss and lower BMI might result in slower progress.
  5. I agree that lip balm is a must. Also, I got my prescriptions filled the day before surgery so I'd have them when I got home.
  6. Blend a pack of Salmon Creations lemon and dill with Fage 0% yogurt is great for puree stage.
  7. I got some of the Protein20 today too. It is really good.
  8. I like Burt's Bees Coconut Pear. It was especially great post op after dry oxygey blowing on my mouth and not enough fluids.
  9. I want to try Cocotein from Isopure. I got Atkins Lift Protein Water from Amazon. Each bottle has 20g protein.I got orange flavor and it tastes good.
  10. I'm sure it varies like everything seems to do with approved diets. My nut said it is OK but remove the membrane around the individual sections.
