  14. OK I'm going to give some survival info..... I was sleeved on 12/20 so I'm 3days post. I watched a million videos and no one talked about how to survive the gas. Go buy your self a self back ruber, the one made of rope with the little balls on it so that you can massage your own back. OMG seriously the gas was the only pain I had and it really wasn't pain it was just this annoying and nagging feeling that I could not cure. I did walk because it helps you feel better to move around, but I kept calling the nurse to come in and rub my back (I'm sure I got on her nerve) Sent from my 2PYB2 using the BariatricPal App
  15. Have you purchased your bariactric Vitamins?? I found them to be a life saver during my pre-op liquids, 2 in the morning and 2 at night. Got me thru, no hunger cravings etc.... Try it Sent from my 2PYB2 using the BariatricPal App
  16. Well I'm going to be honest, it doesn't sound like you're ready. I say this because you have to control yourself, if you are looking for something to control you "THIS IS NOT IT". I'm currently 2 days post op and it was a long journey to get here. There are phsycology visits, nutritionist and support groups that you have to participate in. Set yourself up for success by completing everything. Wishing you the best of luck on your journey. Sent from my 2PYB2 using the BariatricPal App
