  5. I had the Gastric bypass surgery on the 7th of December. If you drink Protein shake that count as part of your liquids too. Cream of wheat thinned down and I added about 1-2 tsp of protein powder (vanilla creame) it's very good and adds the sweetness that you would have if you used sugar.   6. I made cream of wheat and added about a Tablespoon of my vanilla cream Protein powder to about 1/2 cup...Gives you 4g, not alot but get some and it taste good. Sent from my XT1254 using the BariatricPal App
