  5. Thank You both for your straight up advice. I do have a bad h abbit of taking care of my others and not myself. Sometimes the advice I give to my clients, I dont use in myself. I needed to post this to throw cold water to my face, to wake the F up! Thank you for this...

  8. I'm having a hard time keeping track of everything. From vitamins to food intake and I haven't see my doctor. I'm a mess but I make sure that i do not eat more than my palm size. My hair is falling out like crazy
  9. My surgery was done in Nov. 2016. At first I thought "I got this, this is easy to do" but not true. I do not count my food intake. When I remember to take my vitamins, I take them. I do my morning Vega Shake, a regular lunch and dinner the size of my palm. I am losing weight but do not exercise because I never have time. Physically I feel fine the only affect I see is my hair is falling out like crazy. I know I'm not doing what needs to be done. I find that keeping track of everything is alot of work that I do not have time for. I dont know anymore. And I missed my doctor's appointment... #spiralingdownhill #advice #please

  13. Funny thing, I kinda went through the same situation but after rescheduling my operation two times due to death in co-workers families. I put my foot down and said that's it I'm not changing it no more and took one month off. You can not feel bad at all, you come first. Beach day can wait until u come back that is not important. I have been using "not your mother's way to grow shampoo", I do not wash my hair on a regular basis or put it in a bun and of course along with my Biotin pills had been working for me. although after every wash I do see a little hair fall out but that's been the usual before surgery Sent from my SPH-L710 using the BariatricPal App
