skin elasticity

Can anyone tell me if they were able to shrink their skin while in the process of loosing weight. I know we will always have that extra skin hanging but is there a way to limit how much skin. Please share your secret how.

Toning is one answer people will give.. that doesn't help the skin so much as fill out some of the deflated areas with muscle.

You know this sounds crazy. I never tried it. On You Tube they said you can shrink you skin with Vick’s vapor rub. ?‍♀️. The skin is an organ a doctor said and will eventually go back.
