  7. I do the alpine punch Isopure and then mix 50-50 with Water and it actually is good. It cuts that strange after taste and helps me get my water in. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  8. I am 2.5 weeks and only did full liquids week one and puréed week two which also included some foods like eggs and tuna. I am in my third week and can eat just about anything high Protein including chicken, turkey, sashimi, steamed veggies, etc. Had my post op appointment today and doctor reiterated he wants my calories higher like 600-800 per day and mostly regular food and can supplement with a shake if needed to hit protein goal. He prefers an approach getting his patients on real food quickly. So far so good as I have not gotten sick once just felt really full once or twice. My portions are still tiny. Oh and he said cheese is great which surprised me. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  9. Isopure alpine punch provides 20 ounces of liquid and 40 grams of Protein. I really like this since it is not a shake and helps me also get my fluids in. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  10. I am 2.5 weeks out and had my post op appointment today. I am eating chicken, turkey, sashimi cut into small pieces, etc. like you my doctor believes in getting you to regular food as quickly as possible. I have also had edamame and broccoli that was steamed with no issues. Maybe there is a fish choice. My doc also allows cheese now so you can nibble if they have some appetizers like a cheese display. 16. @weruiz how did you get your purees to actually look like a purée? I tried turkey and egg and it came out so dense and grainy? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  17. I think I need to do the same. When I weigh in the morning, it looks like I lost about 8 pounds so far and by night I am within 3 pounds of my surgery date. It is really weird as the morning weight keeps dropping (yesterday showed almost 10 pounds off since surgery) but then by night was within 3 pounds of surgery date. So depressing. I was sleeved on 12/19. I think I need to only weight once or twice a week for a while. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
