Finally got my blood thinner injections approved by insurance. Almost a week later ughhhhh. 10 more days till surgery.

The rumbling in my stomach this morning is no joke. The urge to go to mcdonalds and get me some breakfast I wanna scream..... lol I can do this. Pray for me.....

Hey everyone. My surgery is 2 weeks away I am so happy. Today I weighed myself and happy to report I'm officially under 300 lbs it said 298.3 I was like omg I reached my pre surgery goal. Very happy and blessed. I have not been under 300 lbs in more than 18yrs. SW 349 July 7 2016 CW 298.3 Feb 21 2017 Road to a skinnier healthier me. Thank you lord.

My surgery is the 6th too. Omg right around the corner. Yayyyyyyyy!!!!

1 month. And that's because of available appointments

I had to have 2 sleep studies. First one I felt I didn't sleep at all. I slept no more than 50 mins total the entire night. They had enough data to diagnose sleep apnea. 2nd study was Titration. Sleeping with the mask I slept all night.

Some Drs give it to you just in hospital. My cousin didn't have to do it. So I guess it depends on the Dr.

Wow. All the info I got today. I got a spirometer, was shown how to inject myself the blood clot medicine, what I need to do day of surgery, what to expect after surgery. Was given 4 medicine cups to measure what i eat and drink. So much info... I got a headache. But I'm excited.

Take a deep breath I know it's hard. I have been on the lcd for almost a month. Now I'm on my 14 day preop vlcd it's hard at first but u get used to it. You got this.

Sometimes you have to sit and ask yourself what is more important my health or that cigarette. I was told I had high blood pressure and was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I smoked for over 20 yrs. When I started having health problems I quit cold turkey and did not hesitate to take charge of my health and now I'm having my surgery. Feb 2 made 2 years without smoking and I do not miss it. You can do this... Good luck

I have my preop appointment today. So excited my surgery is around the corner. I can't wait. March 6th date.
