Hey hey hey, Boy am i excited. i had my first post op appointment and i have been cleared to have full liquids! Can you say winning!!!!!!! On top of that greatness i lost 10 pounds since my surgery. God is so good. I cant wait to next week to start my puree. Its all uphill from here. I didnt think i would survive last week.... I am learning to trust the process, keep pushing forward,stay on track and be positive!!!!!

I am so happy about the progress I have made since last week. I was on emotional rollercoaster after I got the surgery. I had so many doubts . All I can say is what a difference a week makes. I am learning to trust the process and take one day at a time. I am do happy that I made the decision to live! Sorry to hear that you feel this way. Your only day 4 post op. You just went through a life changing experience for the better. You have to trust the process. You didn't come this far to doubt your self. The pain and the hungar will pass. Three weeks from now your going to look and the mirror at the new you. Hello fellow sleever. welcome to the loosers bench. I was sleeved 1/31/17 so i am six days post. I went back to work today and actually helps with walking and not focusing on my incision pain. I had a pretty good day. I am a headstart teacher btw

Hello fellow sleevers. I was sleeved 1/31/17 I am so excited to be on the losers bench. I now realize that you really have to be mentally prepared for this journey and it is very hard. I first decided to get the sleeve because I failed at so many diets. Then after I went thru all The blood work I found out I had sleep apena, pre diabetic and high blood pressure. At that moment I knew it was time to change my life forever. I am so grateful to have took that step to start my journey on healthier me. I go to my post op appointment Wednesday and I can not wait to get on full liquids. I haven't had any complications as of yet. (Thank u Jesus ) I just still feel very hungry and a little heart burn.
