    I just fought BCBST for the past month. They really want to see an increase of weights throughout the five years. I was missing some years and had to have a few comorbidities like my thyroid and mom passing away from heart failure. Also, the psych evaluation. Make sure it's filled out by a psychiatrist or psychologist. Took a month to gather everything but I was APPROVED yesterday! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
