My Doctors nutritionist approved GNC lean shake 25. They fit the requirements and taste great. They have ready mixed and powder. Different flavor. After surgery to get more Protein in I'm going to see if using GENEPRO tasteless protein and add it to shakes. I will be able to get my protein in. Hope this helps.
