I am so glad that we will be going through this journey together! Congratulations to those who are having surgery this month I am praying for all of our surgeries to go well and a speedy recovery. Time is going by fast!! It's January soon to be sleevers, are you ready?!?

It's normal to be nervous! I started getting nervous too and I have 2 more months! Lol I know a few people who have had it done in Mexico! They all have had great results so far! You have less than a month!! I am excited for you! Just remember that this is for you! So that you can be in better health, to be a better version of you're already amazing self! As the time gets closer, focus of positive thoughts and becoming healthier! Many blessings!

What helped me pass the time was getting information, watching youtube and making sure I am mentally and emotionally prepared for this journey after surgery. I just spoke with my surgeons office, she said for my insurance it generally takes about 2 weeks to a month for approval, but I am hoping that it will 2 weeks or less.

I have a guesstimate date as well, but I'm just gonna claim that that's the date! Lol I submit my paperwork in on the 20th of this month! Praying for approval... now if my surgeon has an opening in January, I will take that. But February 20 is my guesstimate date, and that's what I'm going with! The waiting game can seem lengthy but it will be here in no time for you!

Omg! Yes to this! I work as a substitute teacher right now and the teacher's class I had to sub for last week was on 3 floors up.... needless to say I stayed in there until it was time to go home. I was soooooo winded walking up those stairs and it took forever for me to catch my breath. I started coughing and it was horrible. So yes, I am definitely looking forward to that as well.

That's when I want to schedule mine! 2 years ago on that date I was crossing the street when I got hit by a ford F250 and I was already big but gained a lot of weight from that. Girl yes! It seems like it's been forever. I have a countdown and all! When I officially started this process a year ago. I switched doctors and everything. It took 6 months for my insurance to approve me getting started. Another 6 months of dietician visits. Now I'm waiting to submit and for official approval from insurance. I am going nuts too! I just want mid-Jan to be here already! Lolol have you been taking before pics? Everyone I know who has had the surgery says take lots of before pics. Congrats! Will be sending positive thoughts and prayers your way!!! So exciting! Will be praying you get that date!!! Yay! Lol congrats! Are you ready?
